What types of homes do you build?
We work in all aspects of residential construction. Our speciality though is in knock down rebuilds of custom homes and duplexes tailored to our clients' unique needs and preferences.
Where do you build?
We primarily focus on the Wollongong area, but we undertake projects across the whole of the Illawarra.
Can I customise the features and finishes of my home or are there set inclusions?
Absolutely! We understand that every client has specific preferences, so we customise our features and finishes to suit your vision, lifestyle and budget.
How long does the home building process typically take?
The timeline will vary for each project so it is impossible to give a set period of time. Things such as complexity of design, approval requirements, size of the project and level of fit and finish will all affect the timeline. This is why we have clear communication from our first conversation and provide our clients with a detailed schedule of work during the preconstruction phase of the process to give them a clear understanding.
What warranties do you offer on your homes?
We offer comprehensive warranties and guarantee both our workmanship and materials to provide peace of mind to our clients. Additionally, we provide post-completion support to address any issues that may arise.
Do you work with outside architects and designers, or do you provide design services?
We manage the whole design and build process. However, if you already have plans drawn up by an external architect or designer, we're happy to work with them to bring your vision to life.
Can you help with obtaining permits and approvals?
Yes, we have experience working with local authorities and obtaining permits for construction projects. We'll handle all the necessary paperwork and guide you through the planning to ensure a simple process.
How do you handle changes or additions to the project scope during construction?
We understand that changes may arise during the construction process, and we will work with you to help fulfill your vision. We'll work closely with you to assess the impact of any changes on the timeline and budget and keep you informed every step of the way.
What is your square metre rate?
Due to the fact the homes we build are customised to your design and vision the square meter rate for each project changes for each project. This is due to the differing designs i.e single story or double as well as the varying costs of the final selections. How do you handle warranty claims and post-completion maintenance?
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the completion of the project. We provide comprehensive warranties on our workmanship and materials and offer ongoing support and maintenance services to address any issues that may arise after the project is completed.
